- Reservations & Bookings
2.1 Booking Confirmation
A reservation is considered confirmed only after:
- Full or partial payment is received (as required by the specific rate plan); and
- A confirmation email is issued by Hotel Ivory Towers.
2.2 Accurate Information
You agree to provide valid and accurate personal information during the booking process. The hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations if false, incomplete, or misleading information is provided.
2.3 Identification
Guests must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in.
Passport details are required for international travelers.
Valid Outstation Proof of Identification (Of a city other than where Hotel is located & of ongoing travel)
- Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time: 13:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Payment Policies

- Cash payments at the reception (in local currency)
4.2 Taxes and Fees

- Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation terms depend on the room type and rate plan selected. Unless otherwise stated:
- Standard Rates:
Free cancellation up to 24hrs before arrival
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged Fully - Non-Refundable Rates:
Full payment is required at booking, and no refunds will be provided.
For group bookings or long-term stays, separate conditions may apply.
- Amendments to Bookings
Modifications to reservations (dates, number of guests, room type) are subject to availability and may involve rate adjustments.
Hotel Ivory Towers reserves the right to decline modification requests during peak seasons.
- Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
- Treat hotel property, staff, and other guests with respect
- Comply with hotel rules and safety guidelines
- Avoid illegal activities on the premises
- Maintain noise levels conducive to a comfortable stay for all guests
- Accept financial responsibility for any damages caused intentionally or due to negligence
- Visitors are not allowed after 8:00 PM
- Hen or Stag parties are not allowed in the premises
The hotel reserves the right to evict any guest violating these terms without refund.
- Hotel Rights
Hotel Ivory Towers reserves the right to:
- Deny service or accommodation for valid reasons (e.g., overbooking, misconduct)
- Enter guest rooms for housekeeping, maintenance, or emergencies
- Relocate guests to an equal or upgraded accommodation if needed
No compensation will be provided in cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters or government restrictions.

- Loss, theft, or damage to guest belongings
- Personal injuries arising from guest negligence
- Service interruptions due to events beyond our control (power outages, internet failures, natural disasters)
